  The absolute worst place to live ever. The management is impossible to deal with they never fix anything when they rented homes and now they are having people buy homes there and they are nothing but garbage. I had the worst experience of a lifetime living there for only one year I could not wait to get out into a nice apartment. Please don't even think of buying a mobile home in that Park.

  First off I would like to say in defense to Pinewood Village Mobile Home Park Management, I am the manager that two of which are the same tenant speak of. First off the office is only open to rent collection from the 1st to the 11th of the month. At which time it is open from 1-5 of those days. After rental collection the office is open by appointment and the phone number for contact is on the door. I have been the manager at the development for over 8 years. When a tenant is irate and the spouse has to come into the office to inquire or resolve a problem that says something. Also the tenant making the complaint has lived in the park maybe a whole 3 months. Did not purchase the mobile thru the park but from the private seller, with issues with the mobile that needed to be repaired. The sewer lines and sewer plant are working and are not in need or repair. The lift station that sits adjacent to this tenants property has had a new pump installed last month to the cost of $3700.00 also the state DEP comes out and inspects the facility to make sure everything is maintained properly. Also there is a company that services the ON SITE water and sewer plants daily, and by state requirement makes sure all of the systems are working properly. Monthly water levels are done and sent out to an independent laboratory and then copies of said reports are sent to the state. If someone has a sewer back up from their mobile home to the alleyway where the main sewer lines tie in and are sent down to the sewer plant, then the homeowner is responsible for the line up to the connection into the alleyway. IF said line was clogged up and causing a backup into the tenants lines it would also effect the other homes that are also tied into that line in the main sewer. There would be a backup of sewer into the other homes as well. The maintenance company that services the park on a daily basis would be able to know that the lift station which pumps down to the sewer plant is not pushing by the meter reading they have to log in each and every day to show how many gallons of sewage are being sent to the sewer plant. Sometimes tree roots get into individual sewer lines and have to be snake/cut out, this can effect the flow of sewage from the home lines into the main lines into the alleyway. Also there are no private drainfields in any of the home lots. Everything is tied into a main line and sent to a sewer plant at the back of the park.
